Our Staff

Each prospective employee is screened and interviewed before being hired. Harbour Private Duty Nursing checks prospective employees' references, verifies appropriate certifications and status and performs criminal background checks. Before being given a work assignment, each worker receives an orientation to Harbour Private Duty, our philosophy and method of operation and becomes familiar with their job description and duties. They also are required to complete a skills inventory checklist, and an affidavit of good moral character. We provide ongoing continuing education and training for our staff. Each employee is supervised and evaluated. We carefully screen our caregiving team
